TERMS OF RENTAL

1. DRIVER'S AGE
The driver is obliged to be over 21 years old in order to be able to rent any of our cars.
2. DRIVING LICENCE
The driver's driving license ought to be Internationally valid for the next 12 months at least and at the same time should be written in Latin characters.
3. TRAFFIC FINES
The driver is responsible for any possible charged fine/ticket as a result of violating the Greek Traffic Law.
4. FUEL LEVEL
The rented car ought to be returned at the same fuel level as delivered at the date of your arrival.
5. LENGTH OF RENTAL
The minimum length of rental is 24 hours.
6. CANCELLATIONS
In case of a cancellati0n, that will be of no charge for the customer provided that we will be informed at least 14 days before.
7. LOSS OF CAR KEYS
In case of the unpleasant incident when the customer loses the keys given by the company, he will be charged with the amount of 150 Euros extra.
8. CAR THEFT
In case of a car theft, the customer is of no responsibility as he is fully covered.
9. DAMAGE OF THE CAR
The customer is fully covered in case of any damage except for the incident of engine damage if that was caused by driving in an unsuitable for the vehicle terrain, if the driver was under any kind of drug or alcohol influence, or if the driver wasn't unauthorized as a driver, as agreed in the contract.
